Shipping information:
New flat rate shipping. All orders within the
USA (lower 48 states only) are just $4.99 each. Purchase one or
more books and the shipping price remains the same, only $4.99. Shipping costs to
Alaska, Hawaii and outside the United States are higher and not included in this low price
offer. To insure a safe and undamaged delivery, all book orders are packaged
in a box or wrapped in cardboard. Most (U.S. orders) are shipped via U.S.
Mail, "media mail." Depending on your location in the U.S., delivery from
Riverside, California, might take 4- to 15- days. Faster service using
Priority Mail, Federal Express and UPS are available upon request, but at a
higher cost. Orders going outside the continental United States are
shipped via U.S. "air mail" and set on a per order basis. They tend to be more expensive. We ship world wide
with the exception of Africa.
Book returns:
All
book returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Book returns are allowed
with prior arrangement / permission only! You must contact us with 15 days
of your book delivery. Your return must include a copy of the original sales
invoice. And the book must be received undamaged and in it’s original
condition. Returns are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. No refunds on your
original shipping fees and you must pay for the return shipment.
